To sign up for the WhiteBIT Nova, users must undergo an identity verification process (KYC). This includes submitting identification documents and verifying your phone number. Once the KYC process is completed and approved, you will receive a virtual crypto card that is ready for use. You can access the registration option via WhiteBIT, where you'll be guided through the card request onboarding, which includes accepting terms and conditions and undergoing KYC. The card will be activated immediately upon successful verification if you're eligible.

The WhiteBIT Nova supports USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, and DOGE as its Main balance. You can manage your currency settings directly in the app, choosing whether to earn cashback in BTC or WBT.

The WhiteBIT Nova offers a 0% fee structure. There are no fees for opening, maintaining, or closing the card, and no annual or monthly payments are required. The cashback feature is also fee-free, with cashback earned up to 10% on selected categories. However, a minimum claim amount of 5 USDC is required to redeem your cashback rewards. Also, if you plan to have a physical version of the card, the cost for delivery is €10.

Cashback is earned on eligible purchases in up to three selected categories per day. Categories include everyday expenses such as taxis (5%), subscriptions (10%), groceries (1%), food and cafés (1%), and more. The cashback percentage is the same for both Bitcoin (BTC) and WhiteBIT Token (WBT). You can change your cashback categories once per day, and cashback is accumulated in your account. Once you’ve earned a minimum of 5 USDC, you can claim and deposit your cashback to your main balance. The maximum cashback limit is equivalent to 25 EUR per month.

The WhiteBIT Nova employs advanced security measures, including 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), biometric authentication, and Passkey verification. User accounts and transactions are monitored for suspicious activities to prevent unauthorized access. Users can freeze or unfreeze their cards directly in the app using biometric or PIN verification for additional security. Card information, such as transaction data and card details, is encrypted and protected by WhiteBIT’s secure infrastructure, ensuring your data remains confidential.

Currently, the WhiteBIT Nova is available for users in the following regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Ukraine. If your region isn’t supported yet, you can subscribe to updates for future availability.

If your KYC region is incompatible with the crypto card, the WhiteBIT platform will notify you and offer the option to subscribe for updates on future availability. For users whose KYC provider is compatible but for whom additional verification steps are needed, the platform will prompt you to pass an additional KYC level or phone verification to proceed with card registration.

Card management settings are available directly within the WhiteBIT app. You can view your card details, freeze/unfreeze your card, manage cash-back categories, and view transaction limits. These settings allow you to control your card’s functionality and security features completely, with options to review terms and conditions and card limits.
