To sign up for the WhiteBIT Nova, users must undergo an identity verification process (KYC). This includes submitting identification documents and verifying your phone number. Once the KYC process is completed and approved, you will receive a virtual crypto card that is ready for use. You can access the registration option via WhiteBIT, where you'll be guided through the card request onboarding, which includes accepting terms and conditions and undergoing KYC. The card will be activated immediately upon successful verification if you're eligible.

The WhiteBIT Nova supports USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, DOGE, EURR and EURI as its Main balance. You can manage your currency settings directly in the app, choosing whether to earn cashback in BTC or WBT.

The WhiteBIT Nova offers a 0% fee structure. There are no fees for opening, maintaining, or closing the card, and no annual or monthly payments are required. The cashback feature is also fee-free, with cashback earned up to 10% on selected categories. However, a minimum claim amount of 5 USDC is required to redeem your cashback rewards. Also, if you plan to have a physical version of the card, the cost for delivery is from €12.

From October 15 to November 15, every purchase you make with your Nova card gives you 3% cashback in BTC or WBT — activate Lite Mode from the application. The cashback applies to all everyday payments, including those in the Other section.

Please note that cashback is not credited for transactions with MCC 6012 (Financial Institutions).

The WhiteBIT Nova employs advanced security measures, including 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), biometric authentication, and Passkey verification. Users can freeze or unfreeze their cards directly in the app using biometric or PIN verification for additional security. If your KYC region is incompatible with the crypto card, the WhiteBIT platform will notify you and offer the option to subscribe for updates on future availability. For users whose KYC provider is compatible but for whom additional verification steps are needed, the platform will prompt you to pass an additional KYC level or phone verification to proceed with card registration.

Card management settings are available directly within the WhiteBIT app. You can view your card details, freeze/unfreeze your card, manage cash-back categories, and view transaction limits. These settings allow you to control your card’s functionality and security features completely, with options to review terms and conditions and card limits.
