2. Exchange Services
2.1 Nature of Services
WB Technologies AG operates as a Swiss-regulated financial intermediary under AMLA Art. 2(3), supervised by VQF (a FINMA-recognised SRO), providing fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange and conversion services on the Platform. WB Technologies AG receives fiat from the User, executes the conversion, and credits the corresponding crypto-asset position to the User's Platform account. WB Technologies AG does not provide custody of crypto-assets or fiat funds. The Exchange Services comprise:
- Fiat Deposits: You may deposit supported Fiat Currencies into your Platform account by initiating a bank transfer to WB Technologies AG's designated account at its regulated banking partner. Upon receipt of the funds and completion of applicable compliance checks, the corresponding Fiat Currency equivalent is credited to Your Platform balance. The transfer must originate from a bank account held in your own name. Alternatively, supported Fiat Currencies may be deposited through card payment solutions made available on the Platform. In such cases, the User transfers fiat funds to WhiteBIT's account maintained with the relevant payment service provider, and the corresponding Fiat Currency amount is credited to the User's Platform balance upon successful processing of the transaction and completion of applicable compliance checks.
- Fiat Withdrawals: You may withdraw Fiat Currencies from your Platform account by requesting a transfer to your designated personal bank account. Alternatively, where supported on the Platform, Fiat Currencies may be withdrawn through available card payment solutions. WB Technologies AG processes outbound payments through its regulated banking and payment partners. The receiving bank account or payment card must be held in your own name and located in, or issued in, a jurisdiction recognised as compliant with applicable AML standards.
2.2 Supported Currencies and Payment Methods
Currently supported Fiat Currencies are CHF, EUR, and USD, via SEPA and SWIFT transfers, as well as through supported card payment solutions.
WB Technologies AG may update the supported Fiat Currencies and available payment methods at its discretion, subject to reasonable prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of initiating a deposit and for ensuring that the selected payment method is available and suitable for their intended transaction.
2.3 Fees, Limits, and Processing Times
All Transactions processed through the Exchange Services are subject to the fees, transaction limits, and indicative processing timeframes set out in the Fee Schedule, which is published and maintained separately on the Platform. The Fee Schedule forms an integral part of these Terms.
The applied Fee will be reflected to you upon confirming the transaction.
WB Technologies AG may amend the Fee Schedule at any time. If You do not agree with revised fees, You may cease using the Exchange Services before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Fee Schedule.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Fee Schedule and any fees associated with a transaction before initiating such transaction on the Platform.
You may also incur charges from third parties outside WB Technologies AG's control, including intermediary bank or payment institution fees on wire transfers, blockchain network fees, and charges from Your own bank or payment provider. WB Technologies AG has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.
2.4 Service Availability
We are committed to ensuring continuous availability of the Exchange Services. However, access may be temporarily affected by scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance via the Platform), unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. WB Technologies AG does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and does not guarantee that any Transaction will be completed within a specific timeframe.
2.5 Title Transfer
Upon receipt of Your fiat deposit and completion of applicable compliance checks, ownership of the received Fiat Currencies transfers to WB Technologies AG when You simultaneously acquire a corresponding fiat-equivalent balance on the Platform, which represents a contractual entitlement to equivalent value and is economically backed by crypto-assets held within the WhiteBIT Group infrastructure.
For withdrawals, upon confirmation of Your request and completion of compliance checks, WB Technologies AG transfers the corresponding fiat amount to Your verified bank account. Title to the disbursed funds transfers to You upon initiation of the outbound bank transfer.
The fiat-equivalent balance displayed on the Platform does not constitute a bank deposit, custodial holding, or e-money. It is not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. WB Technologies AG does not hold fiat funds on Your behalf after completion of the exchange. The internal settlement arrangements between WB Technologies AG and other WhiteBIT Group entities do not create any direct legal relationship between You and such entities.
2.6 Display of Value
Any fiat-denominated amount displayed on the Platform following an exchange transaction represents the estimated market value of the User's crypto-asset position. It does not represent fiat funds held in custody by WB Technologies AG or any third party on behalf of the User. The underlying asset backing such displayed value is USDC/USDT/EURC, and the displayed fiat equivalent is indicative only, subject to market fluctuations.
3. Legal Structure
3.1 Exchange Provider
WB Technologies AG is a Swiss financial intermediary supervised by VQF under AMLA. Its activities are limited to fiat payment facilitation as described in Section 2. WB Technologies AG does not hold a banking licence and does not accept public deposits within the meaning of the Swiss Banking Act (BA; SR 952.0).
3.2 Role of the Platform
WhiteBIT.com provides the technology interface through which You access the Exchange Services. The Platform does not execute the fiat leg of Transactions. The Platform's liability is limited to its role under the Platform User Agreement.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For non-Swiss consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence apply to the extent required by applicable law.
3.4 Relationship to Platform User Agreement
These Terms supplement the Platform User Agreement. They do not replace it. Matters relating specifically to the Exchange Services (fees, identity verification, data handling by WB Technologies AG) are governed by these Terms. All other matters are governed by the Platform User Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Platform User Agreement regarding the Exchange Services (including fees, identity verification, data handling, title transfer, and conversion mechanics), these Terms shall prevail. For all other matters, the Platform User Agreement prevails.
3.5 Custody of Crypto-Assets
WB Technologies AG does not provide custody of crypto-assets. Crypto-assets acquired through the Exchange Services are held by the WhiteBIT Group entity (the "Custodian"), a separate entity within the WhiteBIT Group. The relationship between the User and the Custodian is governed by the Platform User Agreement. WB Technologies AG bears no liability for acts or omissions of the Custodian.
3.6 Operational Infrastructure
WB Technologies AG utilises the trading and settlement infrastructure of the WhiteBIT platform to execute exchange and conversion transactions. WB Technologies AG maintains its own operational account within the Platform environment for this purpose. This arrangement does not create any direct relationship between the User and any non-Swiss entity for the purposes of the Exchange Services.

The Gateway Services are not available where (i) access would violate applicable law or Swiss sanctions measures, including SECO-administered restrictions, or (ii) the relevant risk level is assessed as unacceptable under WB Technologies AG's risk appetite. WB Technologies AG reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to the Gateway Services where required by law or where necessary to manage AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, or banking/PSP partner risks.

5. Identity Verification
| You are required to complete WB Technologies AG's identity verification before using the Exchange Services. This is separate from and in addition to any verification completed on WhiteBIT.com. |

WB Technologies AG is required under Swiss anti-money laundering legislation and the applicable VQF standards to verify the identity of Users prior to establishing a business relationship and/or enabling access to the Gateway Services. Verification may be performed (i) by WB Technologies AG directly, and/or (ii) by relying on an existing verification previously completed with another WhiteBIT group entity within the preceding twelve (12) months, provided that WB Technologies AG (a) receives the relevant KYC file and audit trail, (b) performs a plausibility and completeness review, and (c) confirms that the verification satisfies applicable Swiss requirements, based on its risk assessment.

A real-time video identification session may be performed either by trained personnel or via a qualified automated system. The process typically includes:- presentation of a valid identity document to the camera;

- biometric/liveness confirmation (e.g., selfie liveness) to match chip identity to the User.
Typical outputs recorded:- NFC read confirmation and extracted chip attributes (as permitted);
- match/liveness decision logs.
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
Where permitted by the applicable Swiss setup and the selected provider, WB Technologies AG may require a Qualified Electronic Signature. The process typically includes:- execution of a signature process through a qualified trust service provider;

Typical outputs recorded:- signature certificate evidence / validation report;
