Terms and Conditions of the “VIP for Crypto Lending” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 13:00 UTC on August 13, 2026, until 13:00 UTC on September 27, 2026, or until the Prize Pool has been fully distributed.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is available in all countries except American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of each Participant to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country or jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify a Participant’s eligibility and, if necessary, request proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is conducted primarily to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising material by the Organizer.

Eligible Participants are adults who are citizens of eligible countries (i.e., all countries except those listed above), or other individuals legally residing in such countries, who fulfill the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or already had a WhiteBIT account and completed identity verification (KYC).
• Clicked the Participate button on the Promotions page.
• During the Promotion Period, opened a fixed Crypto Lending plan worth the equivalent of at least 10,000 USDT.*

*To receive the reward, Participants must have no more than VIP level 1 on WhiteBIT at the start of the Promotion.

IMPORTANT! During the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple accounts on the exchange. Participants using multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., maintain only one account). The use of multiple accounts (including multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts), or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts owned by the Participant to manipulate the Promotion Terms, is prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts without the account owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second registered account and any subsequently created multi-accounts.

The Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, maintaining marketing and advertising relations, and complying with tax and accounting obligations.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members (first- and second-degree relatives), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The first 600 Participants who fulfill all Promotion Conditions will become the Winners and each will receive the Prize — WhiteBIT VIP level 2.*

The maximum number of Winners in the Promotion is 600.

Each Winner may receive one Prize only.

The Organizer will award the Prize (WhiteBIT VIP level 2) every Friday throughout the Promotion Period, starting from August 21, 2026, until the Promotion ends (September 27, 2026, at 13:00 UTC, or until the Prize Pool has been fully distributed).

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations with respect to the Prize awarded under this Promotion and in accordance with these Terms.

The Prize cannot be returned once awarded.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to or encounters any other issues related to the Promotion, they must contact WhiteBIT Support via the live chat on https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com, or through the online chat no later than October 4, 2026 (inclusive). If a Winner fails to report the issue by this date, they forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

The Prize is provided free of charge and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or other compensation will be provided. Winners are not entitled to request any other form of compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations with respect to the Prize awarded under this Promotion and in accordance with these Terms.

The awarded Prize cannot be returned.

If any Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to, or encounters any other difficulties related to receiving the Prize, they must contact WhiteBIT Support via the live chat on https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com, or through the Organizer’s online chat no later than October 4, 2026 (inclusive). If a Winner fails to report the issue by the date, they forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

The Prize is provided free of charge and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or other compensation will be provided. The Winner of the Promotion is not entitled to request any other form of compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations with respect to the Prize awarded under this Promotion and in accordance with these Terms.

The awarded Prize cannot be returned.

Winners determined as a result of the Promotion may not transfer their right to receive the Prize to any third party.

A Winner has the right to decline the Prize.

The Organizer shall not compensate any additional expenses incurred by a Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. Taxation of income received by Winners shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participant’s country of residence.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer and/or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Promotion, carrying out all activities related to it (including, but not limited to, announcing the Promotion results in advertising materials or by other means), and sending the Participant information, including promotional materials, regarding future events, contests, promotions, and giveaways organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants consent to such processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or persons authorized by the Organizer, and confirm that they fully understand and have been adequately informed about the purposes of such processing, as well as the Privacy Policy available at: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants also consent to the use of their first and last names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with all other Promotion Rules. Winners further consent to participate in promotional interviews regarding the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the creation of promotional materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms and the Promotion Period at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website at https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer shall not enter into any disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, and/or matters not governed by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer in accordance with applicable law. Such a decision shall be final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer shall not be liable for the operation of telecommunications providers, postal services (including email services), any errors made by employees of enterprises, institutions, or organizations responsible for the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer, or for any circumstances resulting in postal or electronic correspondence being delayed, lost, damaged, or not delivered, or resulting in a Participant not receiving the corresponding Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and supersede all other language versions.
